If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using this platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual content, including but not limited to peer-reviewed academic papers, communication research, philosophical essays, literary critique, universal poetry, prose, digital book layouts, branding assets, logos, and visual portfolios displayed on this platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Fadi Sido, Sirius Media Agency, and Raseef 81 Magazine.
  • Copyright Protection: All works are protected under German Copyright Law (Urheberrecht) and international intellectual property treaties.
  • Prohibited Use: No content, digital documents, or PDFs from the Akademia Papers or Hermes Books sections may be reproduced, redistributed, resold, plagiarized, or translated without explicit, written, and signed authorization from the executive board or Dr. Fadi Sido.

3. Permitted Academic & Educational Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform's intellectual archives for personal, academic, and non-commercial educational purposes.

By participating in the moderated public discussion rooms or interacting within our digital think-tank forum, you agree to uphold rigorous scholarly standards.

  • Moderation Rights: The editorial council (Synod) reserves absolute authority to pre-approve, edit, or permanently remove any user submission or deactivate accounts that breach these standards.

6. Limitation of Liability
While Sirius Media Agency strives to maintain absolute historical and analytical accuracy across its journalistic reports (Chronos Press) and cultural archives, the content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Neither the agency nor Dr. Fadi Sido shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the temporary unavailability of the network or reliance upon opinions expressed within individual philosophical or literary columns.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of this official platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bonn, Germany.
